This time I made a real summer bento with green beans, cherry tomatoes (both from the garden), salmon, rice with vinegar and a blondie.

Again, we say that we should eat ‘in season’ fruits and vegetables. That time I did it right and do you know something better than products that come directly from the garden? But I know, I’m eating green beans for more than 2 weeks now… And I finally got some tomatoes yesterday! The next step will be the salads! Lucky me that I can eat something else than things from the garden!

After that ‘green fingers time’, let’s go back to basics: rice with vinegar, blondie (white chocolate brownie) and frozen salmon. Rice vinegar is easy to find, and it is much more appetizing than when it is plain.

For dessert, I had a blondie, the white chocolate brownie.
A simple thing to do with any recipe is to divide all of your recipe by the number of eggs. That’s enables you not to eat the same cake for 12 days.
I’ll give that recipe soon.
