For the moment the monbento Square are not completely hermetic, we do not advise you to carry soup and other liquids.
Do the bentos are isotherm?
The monbento brand bentos do not keep heat for the moment.
A system is currently under consideration by our designers and engineers.
Do the bentos are microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, monbento Original bentos are microwave and dishwasher safe.
monbento Square bentos are safe as well for microwave and dishwasher without the intermediary lids.
Note: for an optimal use of your plastics products, please refer to your dishwasher notice and place your bentos in the upper part of your dishwasher in order to keep them away from the resistance heat at the bottom and choose a washing program under 75°C.
Where are made the bentos and accessories? Are they conform with European norms?
The products of the brand monbento are made in China.
Every item is under very high control made by international independent organisms. All imported products by monbento are conform with European food certifications and control by customs.
They are all BPA free.

On monbento.com, you buy safely. The payment is completely secure and safe via the Banque Populaire. Your confidential data are not registered on our website. During the payment, your personal data are immediately encrypted by the bank. No one has access to your bank details, not even monbento.com.

Shipment
Which way of shipment should I choose?
3 possibilities:
- Colissimo against signature of a receipt: recommanded to avoid thefts in mailboxes or in case of loss by La Poste of the parcel. If you are not at home while the postman comes, you will get a note to get your parcel at the local post office.
- Colissimo let in your mailbox: no need to be present while the parcel is delivered but… be aware of your mailbox volume, parcels can be big. La Poste and monbento company will not be responsible in case of theft or loss.
Think about Cityssimo > your parcel will be delivered in a Cityssimo warehouse and you can get your parcel at the day and time you wish to. You just need to specify your Cityssimo login while ordering.

- Chronopost: 24h delivery in Metropolitan France. Obviously, this way of shipment is more expensive than Colissimo.
How much is the shipping cost?
Via Colissimo for Metropolitan France: 5,90€ of shipping cost for any order under 60€ of purchase, free for any order above 60€. To know the shipping cost for other destinations click here.
What are the shipping delays?
Your order is normally done the day of your order or the day after (except some delays mentioned on the item) then it is shipped via La Poste within 24h (except Sundays and bank holidays). La Poste delivers you within 48h (for Metropolitan France – except Sundays and bank holidays), 1 week for Europe, and up to 2 weeks for the rest of the world.
How can I track my order?
To follow your order, go on your customer account (at the top right on the website) with your email address and password. The status of your order (awaiting payment / processing / shipped) is up to date here.
To track the shipment of your order, get the Colissimo tracking number (you received it via email when we shipped the goods) and go on colissimo.fr.
La Poste didn’t find my address and couldn’t deliver me
It could happen that La Poste doesn’t find your address you mentioned. The parcel will be sent back to us. We will then contact you to check the delivery address with you. We will resend the parcel.
The postman may as well let your parcel in the local post office without leaving you an acknowledgement note. In this case you can go to your local post office with your Colissimo tracking number and an ID.
You can track the shipment of your order at any time with the Colissimo tracking number (you received it via email when we shipped the goods) and go on colissimo.fr.

Cancellation / Refund / Return / Exchange policy
I would like to cancel an order already paid:
2 scenarios:
- Your order has not been shipped yet: contact us at contact.uk@monbento.com or by phone at +33 (0)9 63 23 95 12 (from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5 pm - Local call price from Metropolitan France) to cancel your order. We will refund you and your bank account will be credit without any additional fee.
- Your parcel is on its way or already arrived: you get 30 days to tell us that you would like to be refunded. First send us an email explaining that you would like a refund at contact.uk@monbento.com or by phone at +33 (0)9 63 23 95 12 (from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5 pm - Local call price from Metropolitan France) and specify the order number and your details, then send us back your parcel. Every item must be in its original packaging and never used. As soon as we will receive your parcel and after checking, your bank account will be credited of the amount of your purchase and the first shipping cost.
I would like to return only a part of my order
The process is the same as the one explained above. After receiving your email and the product in perfect condition, you will be credited of the corresponding amount. Note: for a partial return, we do not refund the first shipping cost. Thank you for understanding.
I would like to exchange one or several items
It is possible to change one item against another of our collection.
Every item must be in its original packaging and never used.
1 – Get your order number and contact us by email at contact@monbento.com or by phone at +33 (0)9 63 23 95 12 (from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5 pm - Local call price from Metropolitan France) to know if the desired item is available and to compute the difference between the item to exchange and the replacement one. If the difference is in your favour, we will refund you the difference. If the desired item is more expensive you will have to do a bank transfer to pay the difference.
2 – Then send us the items to exchange and mention your order number and specify the items you would like to receive in exchange.

Data confidentiality and rectifications
During my order, I made a mistake in the delivery address :
Let us know as soon as possible on contact.uk@monbento.com, please mention your order number and the correct delivery address.
If the parcel has not been shipped yet, we will correct the delivery address.
If the parcel has already been shipped, La Poste will not find the address and will send us back the parcel. We will then contact you to check the delivery address with you.

What happened to my personal data?
All the personal data registered on monbento.com stay stircly confidential. They are used only to prepare your order and are never communicated to anyone.
- We use only your postal address to deliver your parcel.
- We use your email address only to send you your invoice and confirmation with your Colissimo or Chronopost tracking number.
- We use your phone number to call you in case of problem (unfullfill address, parcel send back by La Poste, etc).
- If you subscribed to the newsletter on www.monbento.com, you will receive only monbento newsletter.
How can I change my details?
Customer account: in accordance with the IT and liberty law, you can change your personal details or delete them at any time. Go on your customer account at the top right on the website with your email address and password.
Newsletter: to unsubscribe the newsletter, go to the last monbento newsletter you received and click at the bottom on “Unsubscribe”.
